Submitting a contact form, booking a call, or discussing a potential campaign does not create a contract or guarantee that Elaaris will provide services. Campaign scope, creator selection, targets, fees, payment terms and delivery requirements are confirmed only in a separate written agreement.

Examples and results

Example campaigns, view numbers and results on this website are examples. Each campaign's creators, view targets and fees are set in its written agreement. Results depend on creator performance, platform conditions and other factors outside Elaaris's control.

Acceptable use

You may use this website for lawful business enquiries. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit misleading information, or use site content in a way that infringes the rights of Elaaris or others.

Intellectual property

Our business

This website is run by Ankit Lachhwani and Mehul Mulchandani, Nashik, Maharashtra, India ("Elaaris"). Creator names, handles, and images belong to the creators and appear with their permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Nashik have exclusive jurisdiction.

Third-party services

This site may link to or embed third-party services such as Calendly, Instagram and LinkedIn. Elaaris is not responsible for the content, availability or terms of those services.

Limitation of liability
