Elaaris respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email address, product URL, monthly creator budget and campaign message. If you book a call through Calendly, Calendly may collect the scheduling information you provide.

Business outreach

We may email people at companies that could use our services. For this we use business contact details such as name, job title, company and work email. We get these from public sources like company websites and LinkedIn, and from business data providers. We use them only to send a few short emails about Elaaris. Reply “no” or email mehul@elaaris.com and we'll stop. We keep your email on a do-not-contact list so we don't contact you again.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether Elaaris is a fit for your campaign, arrange calls you request, and communicate about the services you ask us about. We do not use contact-form information for unrelated marketing. We use your information to reply to enquiries you send us, and because we have a legitimate business interest in contacting companies that may need our services. You can object at any time.

How information is shared

Your form submission is sent to the Elaaris team by email. We use service providers needed to operate the website and scheduling experience, including our website host, email provider and Calendly. Those providers process information only to provide their services. We do not sell personal information.

International processing and cookies

Elaaris is based in India. Your information is processed in India and in the countries where our service providers operate, including the United States. Our website loads fonts from Google, and the Calendly booking widget may set its own cookies.

Data retention and security

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, manage an active business conversation, or meet legal and operational requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

We delete enquiries and contact details that don't lead to a campaign within 24 months. We keep do-not-contact records so we can respect your request.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have provided. You can also choose not to provide optional form fields. To make a request, email mehul@elaaris.com. We reply to requests within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Third-party links

This website may link to third-party services, including Instagram, LinkedIn and Calendly. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The latest version will always appear on this page with its updated date.
